PRETTY PASTEL PEEPS PLEASE!

March 11, 2015

Ask anyone. They will all tell you the same thing. The party does not start until the chicks arrive, and well, they are all here and ready to party!!

Our cute little bunch of Easter ready, pretty pastel, sugar coated chicks have gathered to show you just how useful and tasty they can be this Spring. So listen up, take notes, and before long you too will be saying "more Peeps please!"

Simply buy 4 boxes of peeps and hot glue them together, and glue a piece of card stock or cardboard to the bottom.

Fill with plastic shopping bags if you want to take up space and then place a bit of grass and your treats on top. Attach a ribbon handle or wrap with ribbon for a final touch. Easy. Just the way we like it!

Assemble the army of peeps.

Use a small wooden dowl or shish kabob stick and slowly push it through each color of peeps. One stick per color. Stop pushing before the stick comes out the other end.  (You can divide them into single peeps and put multiple colors on one stick but it gets a little messy and does not look quite as clean.)

Once all of the peeps are on a stick. Revel in how pretty they look all together.

Decide how many you want in each bouquet and place them together, wrap them in clear wrapping, and attach at the bottom with a ribbon. Add a cheesy or non cheesy note if you wish!

1 1/2 Tablespoon of Butter
10 Chick Peeps
2 cups of Rice Krispies

**A few words to the wise on this one. First, do not mix colors. Does not turn out so well. Second, this recipe will make a small batch so you'll want to double it for an 8x8 pan or use a smaller pan and know they will be thin. Buy extra peeps. You will need them.

Melt the butter in a pan on low heat. Once melted add your peep and let them melt as well. Stir while melting the peeps.

Once melted remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispie cereal. Press mixture into your sprayed pan of choice and allow to cool.

Use Easter Egg like cookie cutters and make egg shaped krispie treats or...cut into traditional squares and enjoy!

  2. with charcoal You will arrange your own charcoal in order to increase ones cooking temperature for that cooking surface. the flexibility will be much far better with a charcoal grill compared to an gas grill. your current knobs of your gas grill is usually adjusted but not more than your current specified maximum values, whereas, throughout charcoal grills, ones heating elements will be put as well as removed As desired in order to increase or perhaps straight down your current temperature. http://www.mordocrosswords.com/2015/07/little-rascals.html
