Mommy and Me workouts with my little one have become a regular in my house. With swimsuit season 11 weeks away I wanted to do a little more toning and with only 1 set of 5 lb. dumbbells I turned to my baby for help. With my added 17 lb. (every week she is heavier) weight I really feel the difference. Baby girl thinks the whole thing is a game and giggles through the entire workout. I do these exercises twice a week, each exercise is 3 sets of 10-15 reps. If you aren't feeling the burn just up the rep range.
