While we are not sure what part of the country you are from we are sure that after a week and counting in temps over 100 we are melting and popsicles have become our new best friend. Rather than eating yet another sugar concoction from the local grocery store, we decided to make our own.
We were rewarded with healthy pops that the little ones helped make and eat. Our first batch was made with Coconut Water. The next batch we substituted watered down juice and preferred those over the coconut counterparts but really its whatever you have a taste for. So break out the fresh fruit, popsicle molds, and any type of liquid to solidify it all together and sit back and enjoy!
(We also like pouring our extra smoothies into popsicle molds and enjoying those frozen as well.)
