Parks are popping up on nearly every corner or so it would seem and while your kids are most likely ecstatic about the fact you should be too. Rather than park it on a bench and surf your phone use the chance to play with your kids for some good cardio and then finish off your visit with a little bit of toning. Finding ways to sneak little extra pieces of activity into your day will help you relieve stress, boost energy, torch calories, and help you get into better shape a little bit at a time. As a bonus you'll be the fun mom because your kids will LOVE you for playing. Try a few of our moves or get creative with the equipment at your local park. Mom or not, you can get just as much use from the park as all the little tykes. Oh and if you need a break don't feel bad about truly parking it on that bench with your phone. You deserve it! Start with 3 sets each of 15 reps. Work your way up to 5 sets of 15.
